Shawn Daniels founded Unique Power Wash in Houston, Texas, in 2017 with a straightforward philosophy: combine the strengths of soft washing and pressure cleaning, choosing the right technique for each surface.
That combination inspired the company’s name. Its specialty developed through the demands of estate properties and large commercial projects—work that calls for careful preparation, an understanding of materials and attention to the entire property.
Today, Unique Power Wash brings that experience to Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and surrounding Maryland communities.
